Returns

If you aren’t 100% happy with your sunglasses, don’t stress, we accept returns up to 14 days after you receive them. 

Head to the contact page to send us a refund request with your name, order number and reason for return.

Please ensure that the sunglasses are unworn and in their original packaging and condition with all tags included when you return them and we will refund you!

If it is after the 14 day period, your refund request will not be accepted.

If your product(s) is faulty, please send an email to contact@amicieyewear.com within 14 days of receiving the sunglasses to organise a replacement. 

If you would like to exchange your order, we recommend arranging a return/refund for your product(s) and placing a new order with your desired sunglasses.
