1.     Introduction
The terms and conditions outlined are applicable to all orders placed by you (the ‘Customer’) for any purchases made to amicieyewear.com (Amici Eyewear) and may not be modified in any way by you, the Customer. It is advised that you read these terms and conditions before purchasing any products.
Any reference to ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to Amici Eyewear.
Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the Customer.
We reserve the right to modify this website and these terms and conditions at our discretion.

2.     Orders & Payments
Any product you order from Amici Eyewear will be supplied new and payments by you must be in advance of receipt of any products. Amici Eyewear reserves the right, after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order before delivery. Your receipt of payment or order acceptance notification does not constitute or confirm our acceptance of your order and risk and title of the product will only pass to you when the item Is delivered.

3.     Delivery
Delivery times displayed on the amicieywear.com website are estimates only and are provided by our delivery service. Amici Eyewear will not be held liable for any delay in delivery.
Delivery will be made by post where a carrier service will deliver the product to the address provided at checkout.
If the product has not been delivered within fifteen (15) days, you will be notified via email of the change in delivery time and will have the option to cancel your order.
If there is an error in which the delivered product(s) does not match your order, you will have twenty-four (24) hours to notify us and provide us with the relevant details including order number, product(s) ordered and the error. In this instance, we will correct any errors within the specified period.

4.     Shipping

5.     Cancellation by Amici Eyewear
If any of our products are listed at an incorrect price or provide incorrect information at the time of sale, Amici Eyewear reserves the right to cancel that sale. If your payment has been received via a debit or credit card, Amici Eyewear will refund your debit or credit card the full amount paid by you within a reasonable time of noticing the error. In this instance, we will contact you immediately.

6.     Cancellation by you
Amici Eyewear does not take responsibility for any delivered product(s) that are not used for its intended purpose.

We will only reimburse the Customer if: the product is faulty; the product does not match what the Customer ordered; or the Customer changes their mind on a particular product and the product is returned unworn and in its original packaging.

Amici Eyewear will not cover any shipping costs or taxes that may be required to return a product(s). The Customer will only have ten (10) days from the delivery date to return a product. For more information on Returns, please click here.

If you are returning a product, please ensure that it is returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and inside its original case with all tags included.  

We will send you a notification email once we have received your returned item.

All orders are considered final after the 10 days unless the item is faulty.

7.     Warranty

Amici Eyewear products are guaranteed against any faults or defects in material and workmanship for a six (6) month period from the purchase date.

Amici Eyewear, at its sole discretion, may decide to repair or replace a faulty or defective product. However, Amici Eyewear will have no obligation to make repairs, refunds or replacements as the result of general wear and tear, accidents, heat damage, misuse or negligence by the Customer.

Please note, any alterations and/or adjustments made to the product(s) will void the Customer warranty and any repair or warranty claim will be at our complete discretion. Amici Eyewear does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of products purchased by the Customer.

8.     Intellectual Property
All material contained on this website and the website itself are protected by intellectual property rights whether registered or under common law. All present and future rights to intellectual property including, but not limited to conceptual ideas, information, trademarks, patents, designs, copyright or any corresponding property rights under the laws of any jurisdiction are owned by Amici Eyewear. These rights also extend to all products developed in whole or in part by Amici Eyewear. Any use of the materials contained within the website, including reproduction for commercial use, modification, distribution or republication without the express written consent of Amici Eyewear is prohibited.
